Flea Market Vendors
- The flea market spaces are 20' x 20'.
- The charge per space is $40 for vendors who pre-register by June 1, 2009. After this date the charge is $45 per space, if space is available.
- Vendors are welcome to set up during the following hours: Friday, 8am to 7 pm; Saturday, 7 am to 4 pm.

- All Flea Market Vendors must have a business tax account with the VT Dept. of Taxes. Please Click Here for Vermont Application for Business Tax Account

Food Vendors
- The show is open to the public on Saturday and Sunday from 8am-4pm.
- The best time to set up is Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
- $50 to reserve space
- $25 reservation fee for Chamber Members
- A 10% of total gross receipts payment must be submitted to the Manchester Chamber prior to June 16th, 2008
All Food Vendors must have the following:
- A completed Food Vendor application form (Click here for form)
- Proof of liability insurance
- Certificate of insurance 1 million per occurance, 2 million aggregate with Manchester & the Mountains Regional Chamber of Commerce and Donald Dorr listed as additional insured.
- A current Fair Stand license with the Vermont Department of Health
- A business tax account with the VT Dept. of taxes

PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY your completed Food Vendor application form and proof of liability insurance to the Chamber.
